A Full Circle Moment

Recently, I had the opportunity to travel to Europe for my very first destination photography job, and it couldn’t have been more magical. My work took me to the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, right in the heart of Positano, Italy a place that’s inspired me since the very beginning of my photography journey.

Over eight years ago, teenage me was completely obsessed with a travel vlogger named Indy Blu. Positano was my favorite trip of hers. That trip made me fall in love with the idea of photographing people in far-off places full of color, culture, and connection.

So when I got an inquiry to photograph a couple in Positano, my jaw dropped. I couldn’t believe my first European photography inquiry was for the same exact spot that first sparked my wanderlust in 2016. It felt like the universe giving me a full-circle moment.

These photos aren’t just another gallery to me, they’re a milestone. My first Positano photography session, my first destination shoot in Europe, and a dream that my 16-year-old self would be so proud of.
